With Avid Media Composer certification, experience in Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve, as well as a BA in Film from BYU, I’ve had the chance to do all sorts of editing over the past few years. Here’s some examples of my work.
My most recent editing work was an animated short film for BYU’s School of Animation. I worked on it from May 2025 into June 2026–editing storyboards, delivering dailies, making a DCP, and crafting various exports. I couldn’t be more proud of how the team’s work paid off and I couldn’t be more thankful for the chance to work on it with them.

In Fall 2025 it was my pleasure to restore Cipher in the Snow for BYU’s Film Archive. I loved getting to know the film and the original director said it’s the best that it’s looked in years. Here’s some example clips.
Aside from that, I’ve edited social media content for BYU TV, worked as an assistant editor in broadcasting, and fulfilled other editing, quality control and data management roles.
As an Assistant Editor, I repacked and delivered multiple versions of a recorded broadcast for up to 3 departments. Aside from that weekly task, I made multicams and worked to clean the media archive of unnecessary folders.
At BYU broadcasting, I made on average 10 pieces of content a week as a part time social media editor. Much of it is still unposted as it was a backlog of content for their show Relative Race. I made at least 163 pieces of content over 16 weeks for that show–59 verticals and 104 horizontals. Here’s a link to the page it gets posted to:
As Digital Imaging Technician, I’ve worked on a short film, Thanksgiving, and a feature length, Kalamasa’s Revenge, making dailies and ensuring the safety of the footage.
This gameplay explanation was done as part of a submission to the Rookies for BYU’s most recent capstone game DragonKisser. The game is out to play on steam!
Last but not least, here’s some things that I both shot and edited. Not my newest stuff, but they hold a special place in my heart.
This sample is most personal because it’s my sibling, but I believe that there’s nothing more powerful than a personal archive.
